The Mentoring Program Director will develop and oversee the following Aspects of the Mentoring Program: 1. The Saint George Learning Center, where students come to study and also receive peer tutoring 2. Arranging for Professional Tutors where needed 3. Coordinating with our Mental Health Program to bring relevant workshops to our Youth 4. Recruiting, training, and overseeing mentors and mentees in the respective field that our youth are or will be studying, including facilitating summer internships and other opportunities to connect our youth to experts in their respective fields of study. This is a full time job, 40 hours per week. Weekends and some evening work will be required in those 40 hours, as well as weekday office hours. Education: Preferred Master Degree or Higher. Must be fluent in English and have a good understanding of French. Must be able to work in Canada and be at the Church on a regular basis (be a resident of Canada).
