Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church of Whitestone is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Church Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has to be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently along with fundraising.
Job Description:
- Possess knowledge of "Realm"
- Responsible for Afternoon School registration
- Constant Contact
- Arranging Weekly Bulletin
- Update website on a constant basis
- Administrative Assistant for all fundraisers
- In charge of updating Google Calendars
Skill Set Required:
- Must be proficient in computer skills
- Must speak Greek
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be trainable for Realm and Constant Contact
