Director of Aria Place
ZOE for Life! is seeking a director for Aria Place, a women's medical center in Parma, Ohio. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, have a passion to protect life, be self-directed and have the ability to define and implement the goals and objectives of the non-profit women’s center. Strong communication skills and the ability to network with existing donors and develop new donors will be an on-going priority of the position. This is a full-time position and not remote.
Responsibilities to include:
- Sharing our vision and building relationships with area pastors, parishes and pro-life groups
- Developing the implementation plan, milestones, and budget to open Aria Place (initial work)
- Developing annual operating plan and budget
- Managing the daily operations of Aria Place including;
- hiring and supervising staff,
- appropriate record keeping,
- center security
- assuring compliance and privacy standards are met (e.g. medical compliance; infection control, CLIA, and OSHA guidelines)
- implementing operational policies and procedures
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current donors
- Actively pursuing and developing relationships with new donors
- Participating in organizing and developing fundraising events
- Communicating and working in harmony with Staff, Volunteers, the Medical Director and ZOE for Life!® Board of Directors
- Job requires some travel
Experience the following areas is highly recommended:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Developing Strategic Plans and goals for a successful non-profit organization
- Willing and able to serve with compassion and respect for people of all backgrounds
- Receptive to learning procedures and willing to assist others
- Experience in Administration, Medical or Non-Profit work helpful but not required.
