Annual Salary range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00

Job Summary

Work directly with the Treasurer and indirectly with other C-suite individuals to manage scope, quality and budget of various Archdiocesan projects with a significant focus on financial projects, new systems implementations, financial policy design and implementation plans and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning and goal setting - 10%
  • Project implementation which may be self-directed or working with different departments and stakeholders - 70%
  • Project communication (arranging and participating in meetings, connecting with stakeholders and communicating progress and milestone status) - 10%
  • Project documentation - 10%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in either business administration or finance (master’s degree in business preferred)
  • 5 plus years of professional experience including financial analysis, accounting, tax, policy design and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working in a not-for-profit or religious institution a plus
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using office suite tools such as Microsoft 365 including Excel pivot tables, AI tools and data sharing software
  • Proven ability to manage projects through the life cycle on time and within budget
