St. Nicholas William Spyropoulos Greek-American Day School’s mission is to provide our students with a solid education focused on achieving academic excellence and character development in a nurturing environment. We give our students the foundation to become lifelong learners and create an inner self confidence that will keep them strong and enable them to reach their personal goals. We empower them with a solid Greek Orthodox identity and teach them the values and principles of our Faith, at the same time appreciating other cultures and civilizations. About the Positions
We are looking for a full-time candidate with a teaching degree in Physical Education for grades K-8. The candidate will have to follow NYS curriculum and, preferably, have experience in teaching and working with students in the field of Physical Education. We are also looking for a part-time candidate with a teaching degree in Spanish Education for grades 6-8. The candidate must be available three days a week (flexible schedule). The candidates must have excellent classroom management and must be able to differentiate their teaching styles based on the student population. We are looking for candidates with enthusiasm, excellent work ethic and a desire to work with children.
