The Telos Project helps Orthodox parishes and young adults engage one another, and is an inspiring avenue for whole parish growth. After 5 years of research and development, Telos is in a new scaling phase and excited to invite more parishes to be a part of a Telos cohort. To this end, we are now hiring Telos Coaches. Telos Coaches will walk teams through the Telos education arc, facilitate problem solving, provide encouragement and support to individuals, teams as a whole, and the entire cohort, and help them achieve their agreed-upon “telos” for young adult ministry.
The Telos Project is an initiative of the CrossRoad Institute. It emerges from CrossRoad’s work with young people who seek deeper engagement in Orthodox parishes across North America.
